    DP INNOVATION – Warranty & Return Policy

    Warranty Policy

    • All DP INNOVATION products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

    • Warranty covers electrical or manufacturing defects that cause the product to malfunction under normal usage conditions.

    • During the warranty period, DP INNOVATION will provide free repair service for eligible products.

    • Warranty is limited to repair only. Product replacement will be provided only if deemed necessary by DP INNOVATION.

    Warranty Does Not Cover

    • Physical damage caused by dropping, impact, mishandling, or misuse.

    • Water, liquid, moisture, or environmental damage.

    • Damage caused by incorrect wiring, improper installation, or connection to the wrong voltage/power source.

    • Damage resulting from the use of non-approved or third-party power supplies.

    • Any unauthorized modification, repair, or tampering with the product.

    Power Supply Requirement

    • Customers must use only the DP INNOVATION-approved power supply supplied with or recommended for the product.

    • Damage caused by the use of any other power supply is not covered under warranty.

    Return Policy

    • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective upon delivery and reported within 7 days of receipt.

    • Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.

    • Returns due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect ordering are not accepted.

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required for all warranty and return claims.

    • DP INNOVATION reserves the right to inspect the product before approving warranty or return requests.
