TTL- WIRELESS MODULE (500 Feet*)
The DP INNOVATION TTL Wireless Module is a compact and economical wireless data transmitter designed for weighing motherboards and indicators that provide TTL serial data output.
It works on a concept similar to the UNI-MAX Wireless Dongle, but instead of accepting RS232 input, this module connects directly to TTL serial output. This removes the need for an additional TTL-to-RS232 converter and makes it a more cost-effective solution for compatible weighing systems.
Once the module is connected correctly to the weighing PCB, it can wirelessly transmit weight data to compatible DP INNOVATION wireless displays, allowing the user to view the weight remotely.
The module supports multiple baud rates, including 2400, 4800, 9600, and 19200, making it suitable for a wide range of TTL-output weighing motherboards and indicator boards.
Important Installation Warning
This is a direct TTL-level module and must be connected carefully.
Incorrect connection of VCC, GND, TX, RX, or supply polarity can permanently damage the module.
Because this is an open PCB module, extra care is required during installation to avoid:
- Wrong wiring
- Reverse polarity
- Incorrect voltage supply
- Short circuit during fitting
Installation is recommended only for a technician or person familiar with TTL connections of weighing motherboards.
Damage caused by wrong wiring, reverse polarity, short circuit, incorrect voltage, or improper installation is not covered under warranty and the product is not returnable in such cases.
