The DP INNOVATION DPCM-5G is a compact and reliable weighing scale motherboard designed for electronic weighing scales and industrial weighing applications. Built with quality components, it provides stable weight performance along with useful functions such as Set Point, Hold Weight, Speed Control and Days Lock.
The DPCM-5G is available in 3 variants, allowing you to select the communication option according to your application:
- Standard / Simple – Without wireless connectivity
- Bluetooth – For short-range wireless communication with compatible devices/apps
- Long Range Wireless – Up to 600 ft / 180 m* for compatible DP INNOVATION wireless displays and devices

DP INNOVATION – Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty Policy
- All DP INNOVATION products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Warranty covers electrical or manufacturing defects that cause the product to malfunction under normal usage conditions.
- During the warranty period, DP INNOVATION will provide free repair service for eligible products.
- Warranty is limited to repair only. Product replacement will be provided only if deemed necessary by DP INNOVATION.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage caused by dropping, impact, mishandling, or misuse.
- Water, liquid, moisture, or environmental damage.
- Damage caused by incorrect wiring, improper installation, or connection to the wrong voltage/power source.
- Damage resulting from the use of non-approved or third-party power supplies.
- Any unauthorized modification, repair, or tampering with the product.
Power Supply Requirement
- Customers must use only the DP INNOVATION-approved power supply supplied with or recommended for the product.
- Damage caused by the use of any other power supply is not covered under warranty.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective upon delivery and reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Returns due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect ordering are not accepted.
General
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required for all warranty and return claims.
- DP INNOVATION reserves the right to inspect the product before approving warranty or return requests.
